Sugarcane Bagasse Plates are made from sugarcane pulp that is left after the juice has been extracted from the sugarcane stalk. They are non-wood and tree-free bagasse pulp compostable plates.
Historically, Bagasse sugarcane stalk waste has been burned in the fields, and thereby creating pollution. Now making eco-friendly paper plates out of this residual sugarcane fiber actually decreases air pollution and adds value to the material.
Bagasse paper plates, also called sugarcane pulp plates, are fully biodegradable and compostable. They are environmentally sustainable solutions for foodservice and packaging disposables industries.
